My name is Kassidy Kay Hewett, and I am a wedding + portrait photographer located in the Greater Chicagoland area. But don't fear, I am happy and willing to travel anywhere and everywhere for a good photo!

Photography has been a part of my life since I was fifteen, and for the past ten years I’ve fallen more and more in love with the art. My most creative and passionate self comes alive when I’m squinting from behind my camera, and I feel so honored every time I have the opportunity to capture someone else’s story. As a photographer, I’m here to document your life’s most exciting adventures in the most meaningful, candid, and authentic way.

Meet Kassidy

In 2020, I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in Multimedia Communications. Since then, I’ve been working a few different jobs while also getting my business up and running. In my current positions, I get to do event planning, floral arranging, and interior decorating! As you can probably tell, I love to be creative especially when there is a visual element to it!

I am just a big 'ole nerd at heart (I'm sure that's pretty apparent)!!!! In the summer - when I'm not shooting weddings - I'm obsessing over Big Brother (for real I listen to podcasts about it every day lol), and spending time with my friends! Another fun fact about me is that I LOATHE running, so I decided to sign up for the Disney Princess Half Marathon in February of 2023!!! My friends and I are making a big trip out of it, so I am really excited for that - but also very nervous!!!
